Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients, gathering pertinent information to understand their unique situations and needs.

• Provide crisis intervention services, remaining calm and effective while managing high-stress scenarios to ensure client safety.

• Engage with clients through phone and face-to-face interactions, promoting participation in essential services and beneficial community activities.

• Maintain accurate case records and prepare comprehensive reports to document client progress and outlined interventions.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 70,000 to 95,000 annually, reflective of experience and expertise.
