Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LCSW, you will undertake various responsibilities essential to the development and implementation of individualized support plans for families and children in need. Key duties include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments of children to identify strengths and areas for improvement.

• Participating actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) tailored to each child's unique situation.

• Monitoring and analyzing outcomes to measure the effectiveness of interventions and adjusting plans as necessary.
\n
• Providing expert guidance and support to families, equipping them with effective strategies to foster their child's development.
\n
• Ensuring compliance with all Federal and State regulations while adhering to best practices in child welfare.
\n
• Building strong rapport with children, families, and interdisciplinary team members to create a nurturing learning environment.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices and the Natural Learning Environment Principles to enhance child and family interactions.
\n
• Collaborating with families to develop practical joint plans that align with their expectations and concerns.
\n
• Implementing IFSP strategies based on ongoing observations of child development progress.

• Promoting a culture of health and safety for all stakeholders involved in our services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young children, particularly infants and toddlers, who are experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. Through carefully designed interventions, you will support these children in achieving critical milestones in areas such as physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. The holistic approach ensures that not just the individual child, but the family unit as a whole, receives the assistance and resources they need to thrive.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• Active licensure by the Department of Public Health.

• Valid LCSW certification.

• A valid driver's license to facilitate travel if necessary.

• Fluency in a second language is encouraged to better serve our diverse client base.

Preferred Experience\n
