Key Responsibilities\n

Your responsibilities as an LCSW will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments and developing individualized treatment plans that align with recognized best practices and solution-focused strategies.

• Delivering various evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), personalized to each client's unique circumstances and preferences.

• Maintaining precise and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and our internal policies to ensure the integrity of our client information.

• Collaborating with educators, school administrators, and other mental health professionals to provide integrated care, ensuring that students receive comprehensive support for their mental health challenges.

• Participating in peer consultation meetings and professional development sessions to continually enhance the quality of care delivered to clients.
\n
• Providing psychoeducation to students, families, and school staff regarding mental health issues, coping strategies, and available resources, ultimately fostering a supportive community.

• Staying informed about the latest research in mental health and incorporating these insights into your clinical practice to facilitate the best outcomes for clients.

• Managing a full caseload, ensuring treatment milestones are met, while adhering to ethical standards set forth by the NASW and other relevant professional organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on school-aged children and adolescents grappling with various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. As an LCSW, you will work closely with students during crucial developmental phases, employing tailored strategies to foster resilience and promote mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid and unencumbered LCSW license in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, with a substantial focus on providing psychotherapy services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
