Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and coping mechanisms.

• Deliver individualized, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.

• Formulate and implement personalized treatment plans with measurable goals tailored to each client's needs.

• Engage collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, ensuring seamless continuity of care for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention, mental health risk assessments, and safety planning as necessary.
