Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize telehealth platforms to conduct client assessments and therapy sessions efficiently, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for clients.

• Perform evidence-based screenings and necessary follow-up assessments to determine appropriate levels of care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with agency policies and regulatory standards.

• Participate in on-call rotations during and after program hours to ensure continuous client support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.

• Must possess a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) designation in the state of Colorado.

• Demonstrated expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of assigned populations, along with proficiency in crisis management and risk assessment.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential to convey complex information sensitively and effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in social work is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
