Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine the needs of children within the early intervention framework.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) to meet the unique requirements of each child.

• Monitor and analyze progress outcomes as a core team member, adjusting strategies as needed to enhance child development.
\n
• Provide families with EI (Early Intervention) support, including education about available services and advocacy for their child’s needs.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all Federal and State regulations pertinent to social work practices.
\n
• Establish and nurture rapport with children, families, and colleagues to foster a supportive and effective learning environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves infants and toddlers who may face developmental challenges with physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. You will address the unique needs of each child through tailored interventions, ensuring that care is centered around family involvement and participation.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• Active licensure by the Department of Public Health with LCSW designation required.

• A valid driver's license to facilitate potential home visits or community outreach efforts.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
