Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children’s developmental needs.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) tailored to each child's unique situation.
\n
• Monitor progress and outcomes closely, ensuring the application of appropriate evidence-based practices that benefit patients and families.
\n
• Provide educational support to families, equipping them with information and skills essential for enhancing their child’s development.
\n
• Utilize a coaching model and natural environment teaching to create impactful interventions.
\n
• Develop rapport with children, families, and interdisciplinary team members to foster a supportive and productive learning atmosphere.

• Adhere strictly to all Federal and State regulations, maintaining high standards of compliance and ethical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve collaborating with young children, specifically those with disabilities or delays in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing to the growth and development of babies and toddlers during a crucial learning phase, typically their first three years of life. This role centers on effective family engagement and support, ensuring that caregivers are integrated into the therapeutic process for optimal outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• Current licensure by the Department of Public Health, specifically holding an LCSW designation.

• A valid driver’s license to facilitate potential in-home visits and community engagement.

• Proficiency in adapting to diverse learning styles to effectively meet the needs of each child as per their individualized treatment plan.

• Strong organizational and time management skills to balance caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
