Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather crucial information surrounding clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individualized, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans with clear, actionable goals and interventions based on each client’s unique circumstances.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to client care.

• Offer crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning for clients experiencing acute distress or emergency situations.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enhance community and empower clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, along with opportunities for bonuses.
