Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing major mental illness and/or severe emotional disorders, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.

• Implement integrated care plans that facilitate access to essential services, collaborating closely with clients, families, and other healthcare providers.

• Maintain a caseload through ongoing individual, group, and family therapy sessions, focusing on treatment goals that address immediate client concerns and aspirations.

• Participate in crisis intervention efforts, addressing client emergencies as they arise and ensuring a supportive environment.

• Monitor client progress, ensuring timely documentation and follow-up on care outcomes in compliance with our ethical standards and organizational policies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary that ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
