Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to determine developmental needs.
\n
• Lead and participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) for children and their families.
\n
• Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to monitor and evaluate the outcomes of implemented plans, adjusting strategies as needed to align with the child’s progress and family priorities.

• Provide coaching and support to families, equipping them with effective strategies to enhance their child's developmental journey.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and follow Natural Learning Environment Practices to support child development.
\n
• Develop strong rapport with children and families, fostering a healthy, respectful, and supportive learning atmosphere.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all relevant Federal and State regulations regarding social work practice and child welfare.
\n
• Participate in ongoing professional development, supervision, and training to refine skills and improve service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The focus of this role is primarily on supporting young children, specifically those with disabilities or developmental delays, along with their families. You will engage with infants and toddlers, implementing strategies tailored to their unique needs, which could involve developmental, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication support. Your work will make a lasting difference in their lives, enabling families to navigate challenges and support their child’s growth effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, with an emphasis on clinical practice.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health.

Compensation and Benefits\n
