Key Responsibilities\n

• Work closely with assigned clients, conducting assessments and developing tailored treatment plans that address the symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders.

• Participate actively as a team member, collaborating with educators, school staff, and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care for students.

• Establish and maintain trusting relationships with clients while providing a safe, respectful environment in alignment with ethical guidelines.

• Conduct developmental and evidence-based screenings, managing referrals for more extensive assessments when necessary.

• Create and implement integrated care plans that facilitate client access to necessary services, ensuring open communication among clients, families, and care providers.

• Support clients by providing brief, targeted therapeutic interventions focused on prevention and recovery.
\n
• Participate in crisis intervention efforts, offering timely support to students in acute distress.

• Carry a diverse caseload, engaging in individual, group, and family therapies tailored to the unique needs of students.

• Monitor client progress, including admissions, ongoing care, and discharge criteria, ensuring all records and reports are completed promptly.

• Stay responsive by providing on-call support during and after program hours as assigned.

• Engage in committee work aimed at improving agency services and overall quality of care.

Allenton Psychotherapy Services offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
