Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify the developmental needs of children aged 0-3 years, ensuring that interventions are tailored to their specific needs.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), collaborating with families and team members to coordinate care effectively.

• Monitor progress and outcomes of interventions, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as required to enhance effectiveness.

• Provide educational resources and emotional support to families, empowering them to support their child’s development at home and in social settings.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant Federal and State regulations in delivering early intervention services, maintaining the highest standards of ethical practice.

• Build and maintain rapport with children, families, and interdisciplinary team members to create a positive, healthy learning environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this position is to support infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
