Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to determine their developmental needs and strengths.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) that target each child's unique goals.

• Monitor and evaluate progress toward developmental milestones in collaboration with family members and interdisciplinary team members.
\n
• Employ evidence-based practices to build rapport with children and families, creating a supportive and encouraging learning environment.
\n
• Utilize natural learning environment practices to deliver services that are integrated into the child's daily life.
\n
• Provide resources, training, and emotional support to families, empowering them to enhance their child's development.

• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations, maintaining the highest standards of child safety and quality care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role specifically focuses on children from birth to three years old who are experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. You will work closely with families to provide support and interventions that promote physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
