Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to identify developmental needs and create personalized treatment plans.

• Collaborate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring that family goals are central to our approach.

• Regularly monitor progress and outcomes, utilizing data and feedback to adapt strategies and interventions as needed.

• Engage with families to provide consistent support, education, and resources related to their child's development.
\n
• Use evidence-based practices and promote Natural Learning Environment Practices in all interactions.

• Foster trusting relationships with children, families, and multidisciplinary team members to facilitate a safe and constructive environment.

• Stay current with and adhere to all federal and state regulations governing social work practices.

• Assist in recommending service frequencies based on child development status and family priorities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The focus of this role is primarily on infants and toddlers experiencing disabilities or delays. As part of a dedicated team, you will help guide families through critical developmental milestones, support children in acquiring essential skills in physical, cognitive, emotional, and social domains, and effectively enhance their overall well-being and quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure by the Department of Public Health, with LCSW designation required.
