Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, including psychosocial assessments and diagnostic interviews, to inform the development of individualized treatment plans for clients.

• Collaborate closely with clients to establish personalized treatment strategies that align with their goals, cultural backgrounds, and individual circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in various settings including individual, couple, family, and group sessions, tailored to clients’ needs.

• Provide crisis intervention support, swiftly addressing acute distress and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to promote continuity of care.

• Maintain precise clinical documentation compliant with regulatory standards and clinic policies, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge reports.

• Empower clients and their families through psychoeducation, equipping them with strategies and skills for effective management of mental health conditions.

• Engage regularly in evaluations of treatment outcomes to assess progress and make necessary adjustments to enhance care effectiveness.

• Stay current with the latest research and best practices in mental health, integrating this knowledge into daily practice to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
