Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will undertake a variety of vital responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Conduct virtual comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gain insights into clients' strengths, challenges, and needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy and counseling services tailored to individuals, families, and groups, focusing on issues like grief, depression, and anxiety prevalent among hospice patients.

• Collaborate closely with healthcare providers, including physicians and nurses, to coordinate integrated care plans that support overall patient wellness.

• Advocate for clients' rights and facilitate access to critical community resources, ensuring they receive comprehensive support beyond therapy sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must demonstrate the following qualifications:

• A master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive compensation package with a salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
