Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, facilitating psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews to identify patients' needs.

• Collaborate with patients to design individualized treatment plans that encompass their specific needs, cultural contexts, and personal goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), tailored to individual, couple, family, and group dynamics.

• Provide crisis intervention services, coordinating with relevant healthcare professionals to deliver immediate support for patients in acute distress.

• Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards, including progress notes and discharge summaries.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health management, equipping them with tools and strategies to navigate their situations effectively.

• Work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers, to ensure holistic care.

• Regularly assess treatment outcomes, utilizing metrics to evaluate effectiveness and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Stay current with emerging trends and best practices in mental health, integrating this knowledge into your clinical practice.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 84,000 annually. Compensation will be adjusted based on geographic location, previous experience, education level, and skills. In addition to a competitive salary, our benefits package includes:
