Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, both in the office and throughout community settings.

• Establish and nurture a trusting rapport with clients, demonstrating empathy and sensitivity to their specific needs.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, contributing to achieving common objectives while respecting diverse interpersonal dynamics.

• Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines and organizational policies, maintaining professionalism in all interactions.

• Develop, implement, and monitor integrated care plans that align with client needs, ensuring communication among clients, families, and healthcare providers.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions focused on resolving presenting issues and facilitating recovery.

• Assist in crisis intervention, delivering timely support during critical situations.

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation, ensuring timely submission in accordance with regulatory requirements.

• Participate in on-call duties when assigned, providing ongoing support to clients outside of standard program hours.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
