Key Responsibilities\n

In your capacity as an LCSW, you will be responsible for a range of important tasks:

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews, to better understand each patient’s unique needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, taking into account their goals, cultural considerations, and diagnostic needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions in various settings—individual, couple, family, and group therapy—using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT).

• Provide crisis intervention services to patients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their safety and emotional support while coordinating with other healthcare professionals for seamless care delivery.

• Document all clinical interactions thoroughly, including maintaining patient progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries in compliance with regulatory guidelines.

• Empower patients and their families through psychoeducation, equipping them with tools and knowledge to effectively manage mental health concerns.

• Participate in regular interdisciplinary meetings to strategize on patient care and treatment effectiveness, ensuring continuous improvement in service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
