Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for a range of clinical and administrative duties, including:

• Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the physical, emotional, and psychological needs of students in the school setting while incorporating community resources.

• Facilitating both group and individual therapy sessions aimed at promoting behavioral health and enhancing coping strategies among students.

• Conducting regular case reviews with the program director to discuss clinical challenges and ensure appropriate care is being provided.

• Supervising and mentoring behavioral health therapists, overseeing their daily activities, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring adherence to agency protocols.

• Maintaining detailed clinical productivity records to assist in program evaluation and development.

• Actively participating in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives to enhance the efficacy of our services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on students facing behavioral and psychiatric challenges within the school system, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use issues. Your work will play a crucial role in aiding students to develop coping mechanisms, navigate interpersonal relationships, and achieve their academic potential.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A master's degree in social work from an accredited institution.

• An active LCSW license to practice in California, obtained prior to starting the position.

• At least two years of experience working on an acute psychiatric service within a hospital setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
