Key Responsibilities\n

• Plan and coordinate comprehensive support packages tailored to the unique needs of students facing various challenges, from behavioral issues to emotional distress.

• Conduct in-depth interviews with students to assess their social, emotional, and academic needs, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.

• Create personalized, measurable goals for each case, ensuring an individualized approach that promotes growth and resilience.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate students’ progress, adjusting treatment plans and interventions to optimize outcomes and meet their evolving needs.

• Provide insightful counseling and guidance during one-on-one and group sessions, equipping students with effective coping strategies and resources.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and reports, fulfilling documentation standards required for education and mental health services.

• Participate in case conferences with educators and other stakeholders, contributing valuable insights to multidisciplinary discussions centered around student welfare.

• Act as a keyworker for designated cases, building strong relationships with students and their families while connecting them to community resources that aid in their recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (BSW) or a related field. A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) is preferred.
