Work Environment\n

This role offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to serve clients in a convenient and effective manner. Although you’ll be working primarily from home, our collaborative approach ensures that you remain engaged with your colleagues through virtual meetings and regular team communications. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the specific needs of children and their families.

• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) that cater to the unique goals of each child.
\n
• Engage with families to provide ongoing support and coaching, thereby fostering a nurturing learning environment.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure effective service delivery and track progress against developmental outcomes.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and the Natural Learning Environment framework to formulate intervention strategies.
\n
• Maintain compliance with all Federal and State regulations, ensuring the health, safety, and welfare of both staff and clients.

• Deliver educational resources and training to families, helping them acquire the tools needed to support their child's developmental journey.
\n
• Adaptively communicate with children and families, respecting diverse learning styles and backgrounds.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with babies and toddlers experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. You will provide early intervention services that support their physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills—all vital during this crucial stage of life. Your role will involve building strong, trusting relationships with families to empower them and assist their children effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• Current licensure as an LCSW from the Department of Public Health.
\n
• A valid driver's license is required for potential in-person assessments or meetings.
\n
• A proven ability to engage with diverse clients, particularly children, and adjust approaches based on individual developmental needs.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and families.

Compensation and Benefits\n
