Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical assessments, individual, group, and family therapy to clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans, ensuring that clients are linked to appropriate services and that communication flows smoothly among clients, family members, and other providers.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and make arrangements for comprehensive assessments when necessary.

• Assist in crisis intervention efforts, offering immediate support to clients during emergencies.

• Maintain an accurate caseload, monitor client progress, document treatment plans, and ensure timely completion of required reports and data submission.

• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues to advance organizational objectives and improve service delivery quality.

• Identify and report any unsafe situations to ensure a safe therapeutic environment.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
