Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify patients' emotional, social, and environmental strengths and challenges related to their diagnosis and treatment.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based social work interventions in collaboration with patients and their families.

• Administer a variety of therapeutic modalities, including individual, group, and family therapies tailored to the specific needs of our clientele.

• Facilitate effective discharge planning in conjunction with a multidisciplinary care team, ensuring that transitions from hospital to home or other care settings are smooth and supported.

• Provide education and counseling that empowers patients and families in adapting to illness and the changes it brings to their life situations.

• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, offering timely support to individuals experiencing acute emotional distress.

• Serve as a clinical resource for other social work staff and healthcare professionals, enhancing knowledge-sharing across the organization.

• Participate in educational conferences and workshops, presenting as an expert in psychosocial oncology practices and contributing to the professional community.

• Maintain on-call availability to respond to after-hours needs and support patient care continuity outside of regular hours.

• Conduct clinical evaluations of oncology patients to identify mental health needs, providing short-term counseling to address issues such as depression and anxiety.

• Engage in community service initiatives to promote and enhance resources available to cancer survivors and their families.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
