Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and potential support systems.

• Provide engaging individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based Therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address specific client goals and therapeutic interventions.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure coordinated and holistic care for clients.

• Facilitate crisis interventions, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans for clients in need of immediate support.

• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards while ensuring timely communication with other team members.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to empower clients and foster a sense of community.
