Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of patients, identifying their mental health needs and co-occurring substance use disorders.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions tailored to each client’s preferences and requirements.

• Implement therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing to enhance patients' coping strategies.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies to ensure confidentiality and quality of care.

• Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings, collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated patient care.

• Offer guidance and education to patients and their families about mental health, addiction treatment options, and available community resources.

• Keep current with the latest research and therapeutic practices in the mental health field to continually improve your clinical practice.

• Manage an active caseload of patients, ensuring timely progress toward treatment goals while upholding ethical and professional standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will work primarily with a diverse population of adults undergoing detoxification and rehabilitation from substance use disorders. Many of these individuals may also face challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and other co-occurring mental health issues. Your role will be vital in creating a safe, judgment-free environment where clients feel empowered to engage in their recovery process and work towards lasting change.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from a regionally accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
