Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of clients seeking support at our detox center, ensuring that individual needs are understood and addressed.

• Develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) that incorporate evidence-based practices tailored to the unique circumstances of each client.

• Monitor client progress, documenting outcomes and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans in coordination with the interdisciplinary team.

• Provide ongoing support to clients and their families, utilizing a coaching model that enhances understanding and fosters development through natural learning environment practices.

• Uphold all federal and state regulations regarding social work practice and client care, ensuring the highest standard of service delivery.

• Develop rapport and build strong therapeutic relationships with clients and families, creating a safe and nurturing environment conducive to growth and recovery.

• Recommend frequency and type of services based on the developmental needs of clients, ensuring that interventions are practical and culturally sensitive.

As an LCSW at Westchester Behavioral Health, you will primarily work with individuals at the detox center who are often facing significant challenges related to substance use, mental health disorders, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work and active LCSW licensure by the Department of Public Health.

Compensation and Benefits\n
