Work Environment\n

This remote position allows for flexibility while ensuring that our LCSWs remain engaged with the client population through digital tools and virtual meetings. Working from home, our LCSWs collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring that all care complies with federal and state regulations. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children in need of early intervention services, developing individualized treatment plans that align with their specific developmental needs.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), collaborating with families and team members to ensure comprehensive support.

• Regularly monitor outcomes and progress as an integral part of a multidisciplinary team, adjusting treatment strategies based on real-time feedback and evidence-based practices.

• Provide emotional and practical support to families, empowering them with information and skills to enhance their child's growth and development.

• Utilize a coaching model and natural environment teaching methods to support children in learning new skills.

• Build rapport with children, families, and colleagues to foster a positive and healthy learning environment.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, safeguarding the well-being of both staff and the families we serve.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on pediatric clients, specifically infants and toddlers experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. The LCSW will engage with families to provide education and support, enabling them to advocate for their child's needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with the Department of Public Health.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
