Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from home while closely collaborating with our multidisciplinary team. You will be part of a Detox Center, engaging with families and children through virtual channels to assess their needs and deliver quality early interventions. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Life Sync, your core responsibilities will encompass:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children’s developmental milestones and needs.

• Participating in the creation, implementation, and evaluation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), utilizing a collaborative approach to achieve favorable outcomes.

• Monitoring the progress of children and adjusting intervention strategies as necessary to align with their evolving needs.
\n
• Providing effective support to families, equipping them with strategies and resources to enhance their child’s developmental trajectory.
\n
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations to maintain the highest quality of care standards.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based practices and integration of Natural Learning Environment Practices during interventions.
\n
• Developing strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and fellow team members to promote a healthy learning atmosphere.

• Engaging in continuous professional development opportunities to stay updated with best practices in social work and child development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role centers on children in early intervention, particularly babies and toddlers experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. Our LCSWs work diligently to help these young individuals cultivate essential physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and communication skills during their formative years. The focus is predominantly on fostering an inclusive and supportive environment that recognizes and respects the uniqueness of each child and family.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or a Doctorate of Social Work.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) recognized by the Department of Public Health.

Compensation and Benefits\n
