Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to identify developmental needs and formulate appropriate treatment strategies.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) that provide tailored support to families.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to monitor outcomes and adjust strategies necessary to achieve the best results for children and their families.

• Deliver high-quality early intervention support, including counseling, skill-building activities, and family education.
\n
• Maintain up-to-date documentation in accordance with all Federal and State regulations, ensuring compliance and integrity in reporting and service delivery.

• Develop and nurture rapport with children and families to create a supportive and trusting environment for learning and growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role specifically serves infants, toddlers, and their families, addressing developmental challenges that impact physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. By working closely with the children and their caregivers, the LCSW plays a crucial role in empowering families to promote a positive trajectory in their child's development during these formative years.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required, demonstrating a strong academic background in behavioral health.

• A valid LCSW license from the Department of Public Health, showcasing your professional credentialing to practice.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience working with young children in early intervention settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
