Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to understand their developmental needs.

• Engage in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), facilitating tailored support for each child.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to monitor client outcomes, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal developmental support.
\n
• Act as a resource for families, providing essential information, emotional support, and practical strategies to enhance their child’s developmental progress.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all applicable Federal and State regulations regarding social work practices.
\n
• Administer evaluations using evidence-based practices and develop relationships with children and families to foster a positive learning environment.

• Employ the coaching model and natural environment teaching methods to enhance the effectiveness of services provided.
\n
• Evaluate service frequency based on child development status, family priorities, and ongoing assessment of needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on serving young children, particularly those with developmental delays or disabilities. Our programs are designed to support infants and toddlers in developing crucial skills in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication domains. As an LCSW, you will guide families through the complexities of early intervention, helping them recognize their child’s strengths while also addressing challenges. Your role will be pivotal in nurturing children's growth during their formative years, making your work impactful and rewarding.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate in Social Work is required for this position.

• Active License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker from the Department of Public Health.

• At least one year of experience working with children in early intervention services.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 80,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
