Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate students' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that outline specific goals and interventions tailored to each student's needs.

• Facilitate ongoing communication and collaboration with educational staff, school psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated care.

• Offer crisis intervention and risk assessments, ensuring that students receive immediate support when needed.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all therapy sessions, assessments, and interventions in adherence to ethical and legal standards.

• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to help students develop coping strategies and resilience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse population of students in local schools. Your practice will involve working with children and adolescents experiencing various mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and behavioral challenges. By employing a client-centered approach, you will help students navigate their circumstances and enhance their emotional and psychological resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n
