Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to adequately understand patients' needs.

• Collaborate with patients to create individualized treatment plans that consider their specific circumstances, goals, and cultural backgrounds.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as CBT, DBT, and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) across various settings including individual, couple, family, and group therapy.

• Provide crisis intervention services by assessing acute psychological distress and working closely with healthcare colleagues to ensure seamless continuity of care.

• Maintain detailed clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with clinic regulations and best practices.

• Empower patients and families through psychoeducation, equipping them with the tools and knowledge necessary for effective mental health management.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to coordinate holistic care for patients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
