This role is uniquely positioned as a remote position, allowing you the ability to conduct assessments and therapy services from home or in various local school environments. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive assessments for new and ongoing clients, focusing on their social, emotional, and behavioral needs.

• Deliver crisis intervention services by phone or via in-person consultations, ensuring immediate support for those in distress.

• Engage with clients and their families through supportive counseling, enabling them to participate in constructive activities that promote resilience and recovery.

• Maintain thorough and accurate records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with organizational policies.

• Facilitate referrals to external agencies, resources, and services when clients require additional support beyond the therapeutic scope.

• Actively observe and report any signs of child abuse or neglect, maintaining a high level of ethics and responsibility.

This role primarily focuses on children and adolescents within the school environment who are facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania is mandatory.
