Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, providing you with the flexibility to balance work and personal life while serving families in Gilbert, Arizona, and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine the needs of children with developmental delays.

• Collaborate with families to develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring that each plan aligns with developmental goals and family priorities.

• Monitor progress and outcomes as part of a multidisciplinary team, adjusting strategies as necessary to improve effectiveness.

• Provide emotional and educational support to families, equipping them with skills and resources to foster their child’s development.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment Practices to create personalized learning experiences for children.
\n
• Build rapport with families, children, and team members to create a supportive and trusting environment conducive to learning and growth.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant Federal and State regulations, maintaining high standards for health and safety in all interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW at Apollo Psychotherapy Services, your primary focus will be on infants and toddlers with developmental challenges, particularly in their early years of life. Through specialized programs, you will assist children struggling with physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills, striving to equip them with crucial developmental tools.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, and valid LCSW licensure from the Department of Public Health.

• A minimum of one year of experience in early intervention, specifically working with children and families.

• Valid driver's license is required for occasional travel to meet families or attend community events.

• Ability to adapt to varying learning styles to effectively meet individual child and family needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker position is between USD 75,000 and USD 80,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
