Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and assessments to understand the developmental needs of children.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) tailored to each child’s unique goals and family situation.

• Monitor and track outcomes as part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team to ensure children receive optimal support.
\n
• Provide direct support and guidance to families, empowering them to enhance their child's development through effective strategies and resources.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment Practices to create personalized treatment strategies.
\n
• Develop strong rapport and trust with children and their families to facilitate a nurturing and productive learning environment.

• Adhere to all Federal and State regulations, ensuring compliance in all aspects of service delivery.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with practices in early intervention.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on supporting infants and toddlers who experience disabilities or delays in reaching critical developmental milestones. You will work closely with families from diverse backgrounds, providing culturally sensitive support that respects and honors each family’s unique experiences and values. Your efforts will directly contribute to the early and effective intervention that shapes the trajectory of children's lives during their formative years.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
