Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to understand the unique needs of each child and their family.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) to ensure tailored support for each family.
\n
• Monitor and evaluate outcomes collaboratively with team members, providing timely feedback and modifications to strategies as necessary.
\n
• Deploy effective communication skills to establish rapport with children, families, and interdisciplinary team members, fostering a trusting and nurturing environment.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and the Natural Learning Environment model to recommend and implement strategies that support child development.
\n
• Facilitate and guide families through the provision of Early Intervention (EI) support, ensuring they receive the necessary resources and information to enhance their child's development.

• Adhere to all Federal and State regulations, maintaining compliance and ensuring the safety and health of all clients and staff members.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on supporting young children, specifically infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays. Our Early Intervention services aim to nurture cognitive, emotional, and physical skills during the crucial development period of the first three years of life. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will work closely with families, advocating for their needs and providing them with the tools and support necessary to assist their child's growth and development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a Doctorate in Social Work is required.

• Current licensure as an LCSW from the California Department of Public Health.
\n
• A valid driver’s license is necessary as some local travel may be required for assessments and home visits.

• Demonstrated ability to adapt interventions to meet the distinct needs of children, effectively communicating with diverse learning styles.

• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills are essential for maintaining effective service delivery.

• A passion for working with children and families, showcasing a strong commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
