Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to identify developmental needs and create individualized support strategies.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), collaborating with families to set achievable goals.

• Monitor and evaluate progress, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure positive outcomes for children.

• Engage with families to provide education, resources, and emotional support, helping them navigate the complexities of early intervention.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on children from birth to three years of age who may be experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. You will collaborate closely with families, fostering strong relationships to facilitate open communication and trust. The emphasis will be on supporting children in their natural learning environments, ensuring that interventions are holistic and inclusive of family dynamics.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate in Social Work is required.

• Must hold a valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) certification from the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver’s license is necessary for occasional home visits or community meetings.

• Experience working with children in early intervention settings is essential, with a minimum of one year preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
