Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify developmental delays and create tailored intervention plans.

• Participating actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) to align with each child's unique needs.
\n
• Monitoring progress and outcomes as a member of the care team, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet goals.
\n
• Providing ongoing support and guidance to families, helping them navigate challenges and celebrate milestones in their child's development.
\n
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable Federal and State regulations concerning early intervention services.
\n
• Building strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and team members to cultivate an effective and nurturing learning environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with children aged birth to three years who are experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. Our services focus on enhancing physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills through evidence-based practices. Your direct intervention and support will play a crucial role in helping these children reach key developmental milestones, ultimately enabling them to thrive both at home and in their communities.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California, issued by the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver's license, as some roles may require limited travel for family meetings.

• A solid foundation of skills to adapt to various learning styles to effectively meet each child's individual treatment needs.

• A demonstrated commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices, emphasizing the importance of learning through everyday activities.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
