Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, designed to provide flexibility while ensuring our staff can effectively engage with families. The licensed clinical social worker will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team consisting of educators, therapists, and healthcare professionals. You will use technology to conduct virtual evaluations and communicate with clients, making the adjustment to remote work manageable while maintaining effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments, utilizing evidence-based practices to gauge developmental progress and needs.

• Collaborate with families to develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring goals are aligned with each child's unique development.

• Leverage the Natural Learning Environment Practices to provide family-centered services that promote learning through everyday routines and activities.

• Utilize the coaching model to empower families by equipping them with strategies and skills to enhance their child’s growth.
\n
• Document and track all participant information, ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations relevant to our services.
\n
• Foster rapport with clients, families, and team members to create a supportive and enriching learning atmosphere.
\n
• Participate in team meetings to discuss client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing observations and outcomes.

• Advise on the frequency of services based on developmental assessments and families' priorities, modifying approaches as needed to meet changing circumstances.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on children from birth to three years old who experience developmental delays or disabilities. Your work will significantly impact their early learning experiences, enabling them to overcome barriers and acquire essential skills in communication, social interaction, and cognitive development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a Doctorate in Social Work.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) issued by the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel for evaluations and home visits within the region as needed.

• Demonstrated ability to adapt interventions based on individual learning styles and needs.

• Strong organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple cases effectively.

Preferred Experience\n
