Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gauge individual students' mental health status, recognizing their strengths and identifying areas of need.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) tailored to the student population.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including educators and healthcare professionals, to deliver coordinated and comprehensive care.

• Educate students and their families about diagnoses, treatment modalities, and available resources within and outside the school environment.
\n
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions while utilizing various evidence-based approaches to effectively address each client’s needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with other team members, ensuring alignment with patient goals and preferences.

• Assist students and their families in navigating the educational and mental health systems, advocating for their needs and rights within the school context.

• Lead and organize psychoeducational groups, therapeutic group sessions, and discharge planning meetings to support students' transitions.

You will primarily work with students from diverse backgrounds experiencing a range of mental health challenges. Your interventions will be critical in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, and trauma. Compensation and Benefits\n
