Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to identify developmental needs and craft responsive treatment plans.

• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring tailored interventions that meet the unique needs of each child.
\n
• Monitor the effectiveness of interventions, tracking outcomes and adjusting strategies collaboratively with team members and families.
\n
• Build rapport with children and their families, creating a supportive and nurturing environment that encourages active participation in the intervention process.
\n
• Deliver evidence-based strategies and services focused on enhancing child development, utilizing Natural Learning Environment Practices and coaching models.
\n
• Assist families in understanding and accessing resources, offering skills and guidance that promote each child's growth and learning.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all Federal and State regulations, maintaining the highest standards of care and confidentiality.
\n
• Implement regular feedback mechanisms to adapt services to evolving family dynamics and children's developmental milestones.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on infants and toddlers, particularly those facing disabilities or developmental delays. Our Children's Services department aims to provide the necessary support to help these young individuals acquire essential skills in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication areas. By tailoring services to meet each child's specific needs, you will play a vital role in their early development and long-term wellbeing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health in Texas.

• A valid driver’s license that allows for travel as needed for home visits.
\n
• Diplomacy and respect towards clients, their families, and colleagues, fostering a spirit of teamwork.

• Proficiency in adapting to various learning styles to ensure that interventions resonate with each child.

• Commitment to employing Natural Learning Environment Practices in clinical work.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• At least one year of hands-on experience working in an early intervention setting, particularly with children from birth to three years old.

Compensation and Benefits\n
