Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality therapy through individual sessions and group therapy formats, including psychoeducational and process-oriented groups tailored to students' unique needs.

• Conduct thorough clinical evaluations to assess students' mental health and develop personalized treatment plans that are actively revised based on each student’s progress.

• Collaborate with educators and other school staff to create safe and effective milieu therapy environments that support students emotionally and academically.

• Facilitate open communication with the Utilization Review Department to ensure proper authorization and timely processing of treatment plans.
\n
• Initiate discharge planning on the day of patient admission and conduct discharge sessions to reinforce coping strategies and ensure a smooth transition back into school settings.

• Ensure that all discharge appointments are confirmed with the students and their families prior to discharge, fostering a supportive transition process.
\n
• Support fellow clinical team members as necessary, providing additional clinical assistance and fostering a team-oriented atmosphere.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary clientele will consist of school-aged children and adolescents who may be experiencing mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or behavioral challenges. As an LCSW, you will not only provide therapy to these individuals but also include their guardians in relevant sessions to create a holistic support structure around the student.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to USD 130,000 , commensurate with caseload and experience.
