Key Responsibilities\n

• Design, implement, and manage individualized support packages tailored to assist clients in navigating their specific challenges and achieving recovery goals. For instance, you may develop a comprehensive recovery plan for a client overcoming substance dependency, including therapy sessions, referrals, and follow-up care.

• Conduct thorough assessments by interviewing clients and analyzing their current psychological condition, personal strengths, and potential barriers to success.

• Establish measurable objectives for each case, focusing on achievable milestones that demonstrate client progress.

• Continuously monitor and evaluate client advancements, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Facilitate counseling sessions that provide clients with information on coping strategies and community resources, thereby promoting informed decision-making for recovery.

• Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress, adhering to organizational protocols for reporting.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with clients from diverse backgrounds dealing with complex mental health issues, including but not limited to, substance abuse, trauma-related disorders, and familial dysfunctions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The competitive salary range for this position is between USD 75,000 and 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, you will receive a sign-on bonus upon successful onboarding.
