Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to identify developmental delays and disabilities.

• Actively engage in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) that reflect each child’s unique needs.
\n
• Monitor and evaluate outcomes as an integral member of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring that goals are met and adjusted as necessary.
\n
• Provide ongoing support to families, offering guidance on strategies to enhance their child's development in a natural learning environment.
\n
• Administer evaluations and assessments in strict compliance with all Federal and State regulations.
\n
• Establish rapport with children, families, and colleagues to cultivate a supportive and encouraging atmosphere for growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on infants and toddlers experiencing developmental challenges. You will work collaboratively with their families to empower them through education, resource provision, and emotional support, enhancing their capacity to foster their child’s growth and development in a supportive environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.
\n
• Candidates must hold current licensure from the Department of Public Health, specifically as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A valid driver's license is necessary to facilitate potential home visitations and community outreach if required.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively adapt to diverse learning styles and family dynamics.

• Commitment to principles and practices of Natural Learning Environments.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working in early intervention settings focused on children’s developmental needs is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
