Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to determine the need for services and to inform Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).

• Actively contribute to the development and implementation of IFSPs, ensuring that each plan is tailored to meet the unique needs of the child and their family.
\n
• Monitor progress and outcomes regularly, participating in team meetings to discuss findings and adjustments necessary for continued improvement.
\n
• Provide critical early intervention support to families, equipping them with tools and resources to foster their child's development.
\n
• Engage with children and families to build trust and rapport, creating a positive and encouraging learning environment.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all Federal and State regulations pertaining to social work practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with infants and toddlers who may have developmental delays or disabilities. This role requires a deep understanding of childhood development and a strong commitment to promoting positive outcomes for children through strategic interventions and family engagement.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate of Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver’s license is required for occasional in-person meetings or assessments as needed.

• Demonstrated ability to adapt treatment approaches to address the diverse needs of children and their families.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates should possess a minimum of two years of experience working directly with children in early intervention settings. Experience in developing natural learning environments and conducting family-centered assessments will be highly valued in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
