Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in multidisciplinary team assessments to evaluate each child’s developmental status, identifying areas of strength and concern.

• Implement direct child development services tailored to children aged 0-3 years, incorporating play and developmentally appropriate activities.
\n
• Collaboratively develop Individual Family Service Plans (IFSPs), establishing specific goals and outlining strategies for achieving milestones related to each child's growth.
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and assessments, that reflect the ongoing development of your clients.
\n
• Provide individual and group interventions to infants and toddlers facing developmental delays, addressing cognitive, social-emotional, fine and gross motor skills, and communication development.
\n
• Continuously assess and support families by identifying their strengths, resources, and concerns, ensuring a holistic approach to intervention.
\n
• Act as a service coordinator for families, managing the scheduling, implementation, and evaluation of tailored intervention plans in accordance with established procedures.
\n
• Facilitate positive parent-child interactions, equip families with advocacy tools, and address barriers to accessing services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on infants and toddlers from birth to three years old who exhibit signs of developmental delays or are at risk of delays. Working closely with families, you will not only enhance child development but also empower parents and caregivers to become effective advocates for their children's needs, promoting a collaborative and nurturing approach to early intervention.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license is required.

• A bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field is essential.

• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring thoughtful engagement with families and teamwork with colleagues.

• Strong organizational abilities to manage caseloads and document all client interactions effectively.

• A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding professional boundaries in all interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 68,000 to 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
