Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children aged 0-3 years to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Play an integral role in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), focusing on the unique needs and goals of each child.

• Continuously monitor the effectiveness of interventions and outcomes as an active member of the care team, adjusting strategies when necessary to optimize progress.
\n
• Provide in-depth support and resources to families, empowering them to engage actively in their child's developmental journey.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations governing early intervention services.
\n
• Foster a healthy and supportive learning environment by building rapport with children and their families, promoting trust and open communication.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to develop joint plans with families, recommending personalized strategies that enhance children's growth and learning.

• Implement the IFSP for enrolled families, advising on service frequency based on a child's developmental status and family priorities.

• Employ coaching methodologies and natural environment teaching to facilitate learning and development within the child's everyday routines.

• Adhere to standards of practice to ensure the health and safety of both staff and clients.

This role focuses on serving young children, particularly those with disabilities or delays, often within the context of a detox center environment. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
