Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of clients to determine their unique needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring that family dynamics and priorities are taken into account.

• Monitor and evaluate client outcomes as a collaborative team member to track progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment strategies.

• Provide ongoing support and education to families, equipping them with skills and resources required for enhancing child development and recovery.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and adhere to Natural Learning Environment Practices to foster effective learning experiences.

• Establish rapport and maintain trust with clients and their families, creating a supportive atmosphere that promotes healing and growth.

• Comply with all applicable Federal and State regulations, ensuring ethical standards and the safety of clients and staff are upheld.

• Implement coaching models and natural environment teaching methodologies, tailoring approaches to meet individual client learning styles.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on clients undergoing detoxification, including children, teenagers, and their families, who may be facing challenges associated with substance use and mental health. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The offered salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
