Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver direct clinical services to clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, both in the office and the community.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs, employing evidence-based screening methods, and coordinate additional evaluations as necessary.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans, ensuring continuity and linkage to diverse services, and maintain open communication with clients, their families, and other providers.

• Provide brief, focused treatment and recovery services tailored to individual client needs, including crisis intervention when required.

• Monitor client progress throughout the treatment process, including assessing admission, discharge, and ongoing care criteria.

• Ensure timely completion of all necessary documentation, reports, and data submissions as mandated by organizational and regulatory policies.

• Participate actively in team meetings, collaborative feedback sessions, and quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
